Justin's 2011 Chardonnay is a perfect balance of styles. Crisp on the palate with peach and lemon citrus combined with just a touch of elegant French oak richness, it's never heavy or buttery, and is a refreshing match to most any dish.
This light and fragrant chardonnay smells like and orange grove and tastes like tart apple and quince. It finishes with a nutty tone, simple and clean, with the cut to match roast sea bass or other meaty fish.
Justin and Deborah Baldwin acquired their land in 1981 and planted 72 acres in vineyards that same year. Initially they were wine growers, selling to other wineries.
