    Winemaker Notes

    Aromas of blackberry, cola and licorice with toasted oak and vanilla highlights fill out the bouquet of this wine. The taste is of full dark bold fruit including plum, dark cherry and blueberry. The tannin structure completes the mid palate and leads to a lush yet subtle finish. This makes the wine enjoyable now, and should also age well for years to come.
