Critical Acclaim

JH 94
Australian Wine Companion

Deep colour; medium-bodied, but is rich and generous in flavour, the tannins and oak supporting the perfectly ripened plum and blackberry fruit.

ST 90
International Wine Cellar

Youthful purple color. Exotically perfumed, expansive bouquet of blackberry, Asian spices, dried flowers and smoky minerals. Sappy dark berry flavors show a liqueur-like quality but are enlivened by nervy minerality and firmed by silky tannins. An initially subtle vanilla element gains strength with air, adding sweetness to the long, juicy finish. Leaves a zesty, spicy quality behind.
