The nose shows lifted aromas of citrus blossom, honeysuckle, and lime mixed with a mineral edge, which are indicators of an excellent wine. Displaying classic Riesling flavors of lemon and lime, the palate enjoys great intensity and depth of flavor. The exceptional length finishes with a clean and crisp acidity. This style of wine particularly lends itself to be enjoyed with freshly shucked oysters and Asian dishes.

It should age for 15-20 years or more.
