wine of brilliant clarity, which has a very pale straw color with lime green tinges. The
nose shows lifted aromas of citrus blossom, green apple, lime and quince mixed with a
mineral edge. A wine of exceptional length, the palate displays classic Rieslings flavors of
lime, grapefruit and green apple. The palate finishes with clean crisp succulent acidity.
Extremely pale quartz-green colour; while the bouquet is still closed, and the palate is as yet unexpressive, the wine has an emphatic finish and aftertaste that is bone dry yet very long. Will flourish in bottle for the few who bother to cellar it.
Pale yellow. Vibrant aromas of lemon zest, pink grapefruit and wet stone. Very dry and precise, offering tangy citrus fruit flavors and a deeper note of pear skin on the back half. Gains flesh with air while retaining vibrancy; I'll bet this will age nicely.
