Winemaker Notes

The finished wine is brilliant golden straw in color with a nose marked with ripe melon and floral aromas with accents of vanilla and cut grass. In the mouth, the wine is complex with layers of pineapple, citrus, fig and apricot framed with lingering French oak. Crisp and dry on the finish, it is a wine to enjoy with food or by itself.
