An elegant, sophisticated chardonnay. Complex aromas of white peaches, lemons, pie crust, sea salt, sourdough and white rosemary. It's medium- to full-bodied, with vibrant acidity and a gentle thoughtfulness to the layers of fresh fruit and minerals. Drink or hold.

Anyone who doesn't like oaky Chardonnay would likely enjoy Chablis.
