Our Merlot has complex aromas of sweet black cherries and plums with hints of leafy mint tea. The flavors key on cherries, with a tea-leaf spiciness adding savor and zest. This dry red is a fine match for herb-roasted chicken with plum sauce, grilled beef on arugula or smoky chili.
