The color is pale straw with green hues. Intense aromas of lime, wet slate, lemon rind and a floral citrus blossom character dominate the nose, while the bracing palate offers citrus oils and green apple characters alongside mineral, chalky notes. The tight acidity contributes wonderful structure and lengthens the persistent fruit flavors.
