Winemaker Notes

This Bordeaux style blend has traditional California components on the attack and Bordeaux elegance on the finish. The Cabernet Franc gives this wine amazing backbone, structure, and white pepper spice. The Malbec softens and rounds out the wine beautifully and the Cabernet Sauvignon adds complexity that weaves though the blend. The soft tannins are balanced out with nice texture to make this a complete wine. This wine will age for 10+ years.
Blend: 44% Cabernet Franc, 32% Malbec, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon

We are a family owned, boutique winery, dedicated to making small production, hand crafted wines. We work with two top sustainably farmed Estate vineyards in California to produce wines that are unique, have a sense of place, express terroir, and are not your everyday blends. Our goal is to create wines that excite the palate and drive you to want to experience our future wines .

Tucker Spear has been in the wine business for 18+ years and has worked with some of the top wineries in California. By working with world class winemakers such as Steve Leveque (Chalk Hill, Hall Napa Valley), Heidi Barrett (Screaming Eagle, Fantesca, Dalla Valle, La Sirena), and Patrick Muran (Niner Wine Estates, Blackjack) Tucker has learned stylistically what to look for in wines and those qualities are expressed in the two Preston Parker blends.

Having worked in sales for the past 15 years Sarah has worked with distributers and suppliers in various industries. Since having children 2 years ago, Sarah left the daily grind to focus on her family.
