Bright purple-ruby color; vibrant aromas of ripe dark berry fruit and subtle vanilla. Plush, focused jammy flavors of blackberry and plum balance with black pepper and nutmeg for a rich mid-palate. Smooth tannins present a lingering finish. Our favorite pairings for this wine include rib-eye steak with bleu cheese, Cajun-spiced sausage and blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
