Saint Clair Vicar's Choice Sauvignon Blanc 2011
Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand
Pale straw with green hues. A lifted nose showing aromas of passionfruit, blackcurrant, grapefruit and nettles with refreshing underlying mineral notes. Light bodied and refreshing with typical Marlborough flavors of gooseberry, blackcurrant and grapefruit. A pleasing mineral note leads to a long lingering finish.
Perfect for drinking immediately, this Sauvignon Blanc will be at its best over the next two years.
A fresh, fragrant take on Marlborough sauvignon, this blends fruit from Rapaura, Lower Wairau and the Brancott Valley. It's long on passionfruit and tangy orange citrus flavor, firm and full in texture. Match its juicy richness with a shellfish stew.
