This Carmenère has a deep purple with red hues color. Its aromas are red and black
fruit, also some hints of black currant and licorice. On the palate its full-bodied,
alluring balance between fruit and oak with notes of sweet spices. Intense with
velvety tannins, it is a complex wine with a lingering finish.
Sweet depths of black cherry and blackberry flavor balance this wine's youthful, slightly rustic tannins, the finish subtly seasoned with fragrant herb and green pepper scents. Cellar this for two or three years, or pour it with something meaty to soften up the tannins.
