Winemaker Notes
Deep dark ruby in color. Aromatically the wine is marked both by lifted primary fruit notes of dark plum and blackcurrant along with more savoury glimpses of graphite pencil lead and cedar wood spice. Flavours of black cherry and chocolate are framed by an ever present but superfine tannin frame providing a genuine sense of poise and balance as the wine travels through.
