The 2011 Talinay Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from a single vineyard planted on limestone and located just a few miles from the Pacific Ocean. It offers up an alluring perfume of grapefruit, spring flowers, and a note of herbs. This is followed by a crisp, lively, concentrated wine that delivers more complexity and length than the Reserva bottling.

The winery started its vineyard plantings in 1993 in the exciting Limari Valley, in Northern Chile. Its closeness to the Atacama Desert, the proximity of the Pacific Ocean (just 29km), the clear, pure skies, hot days and fresh nights, result in an exceptional terroir for the elaboration of premium and super premium wines.
