Winemaker Notes

Color: Brilliant, bright luminescent straw with green tinges

Nose: Bursting with a mix of passionfruit, lychee and grapefruit aromas and hints of lime.

Palate: Scrumptious powerful palate, with zesty lime sorbet, passionfruit and honeydew melon flavors.

Serving and cellaring suggestions: Taltarni Sauvignon Blanc 2006 is the perfect spring and summer wine. Serve chilled and enjoy as an aperitif or with fresh oysters, prawns or asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon and marinated goat's cheese.
