Winemaker Notes

Intense ruby with hints of purple. The nose is of vibrant cherry and blackberry fruit and floral notes. Full and fruity on the palate with well-balanced smooth tannins. It can be a little closed to start but then opens up beautifully in the glass.

Dark ruby-red. An intense violet note complements cassis, cedar and flint on the refined nose. Smooth, spicy and suave on the palate, with flinty black fruit flavors joined by a repeating violet note on the smooth, long finish, which features very polished tannins. Probably the best young Insoglio I have ever tasted.
