    Winemaker Notes

Roccolo is a dialect word for "bird snare," that is a traditional tower shaped structure used by bird hunters. Il Roccolo is styled to express the earth and the land of this part of Tuscany. The color is intense ruby with purple highlights and persistent, with floral notes, spicy and red berry fruit. In the mouth it is full, velvety and harmonious. The wine finishes with an excellent balance.
