Hand harvested into small, shallow crates to allow for one layer of grape bunches. Once collected, they are taken to the winery where they are emptied into stainless steel tank under carbon dioxide atmosphere.

Chinon and Bourgueil remain the source of Loire’s finest Cabernet Franc; various styles of the most outstanding Chenin blanc come from Vouvray and Montlouis.
