    Winemaker Notes

    The wine shows brilliant, pink with some blue highlights. Not pale.

    On the nose it is immediately intense, floral (peony), caramel, raspberry, while the palate is unctuous, fruity (raspberry), creamy. Upright style. Mineral on the final.

    Serve as aperitif, or with barbecue, salads with seafood, Asian dishes and fish prepared with sauce.
