Winemaker Notes

Sweet strawberry, cherry and toffee notes are laced with spiced tea, soft oak, and cranberry accents. Silky tannins join a long, berry fruit finish.

Pair with fresh Northwest salmon, grilled seasonal vegetables brushed with olive oil, and artisinal cheeses.

Medium ruby color, deep spicy red cherry aromas with some cola notes; rich, ripe, bright red cherry flavors with nice spicy notes; silky texture; good structure and balance; long finish. Very tasty Pinot with bright and spicy flavors.
