The 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep, rich wine with chewy tannins, dark fruit flavors, and
a backbone of balanced acidity. The wine shows complex aromas and flavors of blackberry,
cedar, and anise, complemented by a rich, intense mouthfeel. The full body and balanced
structure of this wine will insure its longevity during cellaring for six to eight years.
Enjoy this flavorful wine with braised beef cheeks, roast pork or grilled leg of lamb.
