One of my favorite grapes amongst the classic varieties is Pinot Noir. Its elegance provides a wonderful palette for pairing with both intricate and simple dishes. The 2014 Wildstock Pinot Noir exhibits enticing aromas and flavors of wild strawberries that flow into blueberries. On the palate, there is an alluring smoothness. Drinking perfectly now.
