Yalumba Barossa Shiraz 2005
Syrah/Shiraz from Barossa Valley, Barossa, Australia
The 2005 Barossa Shiraz is full of bright red berry fruits with loads of smoke, anise, cedar and tar. On the palate this wine is big, with sweet plums and soft fleshy fruits with a creamy chocolate like texture.
Drinking exceptionally well now, but will certainly cellar to 10 years.
